Cyprus to ship EU Council coin from 24 August

The Central Bank of Cyprus has temporarily suspended shipments of the €2 commemorative coin marking the EU Council Presidency. According to a collector, orders are now expected to be shipped from 24 August 2026 via a more secure delivery service. Delivery is expected between 25 and 31 August; the change follows reports of parcels being tampered with.
