About the “Unity and Justice and Freedom” series
The 2025 German Unity coin was followed by Konrad Adenauer, the first Federal Chancellor (2026), and Hans-Dietrich Genscher (2027). Richard von Weizsäcker (2028) and Annemarie Renger (2029), the first woman to head the Bundestag, have been announced; Helmut Kohl and Regine Hildebrandt are named on the forum for the following years.
Like all German commemorative coins, the coins are issued by the five mints A, D, F, G and J. The second German commemorative coin of each year will continue to belong to the Federal States II series.
