Lithuania · The city of Kaunas

For a reliable elaboration, the text of the Official Journal of the European Union (EU-Amtsblatt) mentioned in the assignment is still missing. The summary merely indicates that the commemorative coin is dedicated to Kaunas; this does not allow a reliable conclusion as to which person, building or specific event is depicted on the coin.

Please also insert the text of the Official Journal of the European Union (EU-Amtsblatt). I can then formulate the historical, cultural and political context in the requested length of approximately 300 words without adding uncertain information.
